In November 2024, Commissioner Terry teamed up with the DeKalb County Planning and Sustainability Department to host World Planning Day featuring the DeKalb Green New Deal Festival. This day was filled with education, connection, and action for a greener DeKalb County. Over 200 DeKalb County residents enjoyed the day filled with 20+ organizations, workshops, music, food trucks, games, and more.
