WHAT IT IS
DeKalb Public Works & Infrastructure (PWI) Committee has the authority to handle all subjects regarding matters of countywide public works services and the effective provision of departments associated allocation of costs.

Employee Relations & Public Safety Committee
WHAT IT IS
DeKalb Employee Relations & Public Safety (ERPS) Committee has the authority to handle all subjects regarding best practices and policy formulation towards the maintenance of a fiscally sustainable and attractive system of benefits for all employees. The Committee shall review efforts to maintain the quality and integrity of countywide fire and rescue and emergency medical services. The Committee shall also evaluate the police needs for a financially sustainable system in a changing service delivery environment to assure the provision of primary enforcement and non-basic services for unincorporated DeKalb County.
