2025 End of Year Report
Throughout every year, we often meet with constituents and community members to talk about what needs to be improved in our district. Those conversations matter. They move us forward.
But today, we want to pause. We want to reflect. We want to celebrate. We want to share the wins.
Our 2025 End of Year Report is officially live, and it highlights the meaningful progress we achieved together across Super District 6 and DeKalb County.
REPORT HIGHLIGHTS
In 2025 Commissioner Terry and the Super District 6 Office:
- Advanced DeKalb’s 100% Clean Energy and Transportation Transition Plan, helping to position DeKalb as a regional champion and leader of clean energy and sustainability initiatives
- Strengthened civic engagement and community driven planning efforts through our Super District 6 Community Engagement Team
- Expanded food access efforts to better serve families across our communities through partnership with MARTA and Retaaza
- Promoted environmental equity and long-term community resilience through utility assistance programs
- Supported policies that prioritize transparency, fiscal responsibility, and smart growth as Commissioner Terry chairs DeKalb’s Finance, Audit, and Budget Committee
LOOKING FORWARD
This progress did not happen in isolation. It happened because residents showed up, stayed engaged, and partnered with us in shaping the future of our district.
Your feedback. Your advocacy. Your trust. That is what powers this work.
As we look ahead to 2026, we are energized and ready to build on this momentum. There is more to do, and we are committed to doing it alongside you.
Let’s keep working together for a stronger Super District 6 and a thriving DeKalb County.
