Moratorium on New Hangar Development and Restricting Night Flights

On 12/9/2025 Commissioner Terry introduced "A Resolution To Establish A Temporary Moratorium On New Hangar Development At DeKalb–Peachtree Airport (PDK) And To Urge The Federal Aviation Administration To Restrict Nighttime Flights To Emergencies" Click here to view Agenda Item 2025-1814.

This legislation was withdrawn by the DeKalb County Board of Commissioners on 2/10/2026.
