You may have driven past it many times during a trek down Scott Boulevard or Clairemont Road, but may not have realized that you were passing by a 7.1-acre urban preserve of natural Piedmont Forest called Woodlands Garden. Yet, there it sits, thriving in the City of Decatur. The mission is to preserve a woodland garden as an urban sanctuary to educate and engage the community in the natural world.

On September 2, we’ll meet there to tour Woodlands Garden. Because parking is tight, carpooling is recommended.
